I've gotten pretty far behind on posting. Here are a bunch of Jeff's latest letters.
Brooke,
Things
are going well up here in the Centerville ward! We've been working on
following up with some investigators we found last week. We went and met
with Cynthia Pierre-Louis who we found while doing the Saviors Peace
and Blessings and taught her the Restoration! It went really good. We're
going to try and get her involved with an activity our ward is doing
tomorrow so she can meet members and hopefully that'll help her move
along. We weren't able to meet with Kimberly and Clara.. They're our
investigators that are closest to baptism.. But we do have an
appointment this week! We have a few others that will be willing to
commit to a date as well. We just need appointments with them!
WE ARE GOING TO THE TEMPLE
TOMORROW!:) Pres. Harding set up a time for all 31 missionaries in the
Conyers Stake to go to the temple together and be able to meet! It
should be really good! It's been a long time since I've been to the
Temple! We're doing a hot-dog cookout tomorrow as well and then showing
the movie, Up! in the gym afterwards. So we've been inviting tons of
Less Actives and investigators! I hope we'll have a good turn out!
I included an experience in
the letter that I wrote.. It's all in one letter though.. Idk if you
want another one as well...? I can send another if you'd like! Sounds
like ya'll had a fun couple of weeks! It's not too hot here.. 90's.. But
with 90 percent humidity. Wish I could be there too, But that's fine!
He is doing what he needs to do! Doesn't matter who's there necessarily,
just that he's choosing to follow the Savior. That's the important
thing. Love you! Hope you have a great 4th. We won't be doing much here
on the 4th. Nobody signed up to feed us so we'll be on our own that
day.... We call those hot wife days (When nobody signs up to feed us on
holidays)!:) Hahaha!
