Weekly Email - 4/22/13

Dad,
This week went really well! I'm getting used to the new ward and area.. I'm
still working on it but it's getting there! With all the new investigators
we had it was a busy week. We have 5 investigators with baptismal dates!
Ernest got permission and we'll be doing the interview this Tuesday. He'll
be baptized Sunday with his cousin after church. His guardian said no to
this Sunday because she wouldn't be able to make it. So from what I gathered
from her, she is showing interest in the church.
Ernest's Aunt, Harietta and her son, Alexander, are two others with a date. They're very good
investigators. They came to church for all 3 hours and loved it! They will
be baptized on May 11th. We had to move Darryl Morgans date back to the 11th
and we also moved Anthony Smiths date back due to some financial troubles he
is going through.. He wants to make sure he's fully focused on the lessons
which is great! We have a few other people we think we can get dates for
coming up soon! We just need to stay in contact and continue to follow up!

Things with my knee are getting better. I'm off the crutches and still doing
the exercises and such that Dr. Smalley gave me. Things are going well! I'm
excited for our investigators! Hope all is going well with ya!
