Things
are going well for us! We had a strange week because we had a lot of
things going on.. Unfortunately because of that we weren't able to meet
with Jamal and he's no longer on track for baptism. :( But we'll get in
touch with him
this week and get him back on date!
This week we had Zone
Conference on Friday with Elder Evans of the 70! It was really good! He
emphasized of having our investigators read the Book of Mormon from the
beginning to the end, not just jumping around. It was cool to have him
come because he was at the MTC the very first day of my mission and
spoke to us at Orientation and it was cool to have him speak at the end
of my mission as well! Friday night was the Trunk or Treat and one of
our investigators Brandon was there! A member also invited one of our
neighbors named Chris as well and he told us at church that he was going
to invite him to come to church this week! It's cool to see young
members get involved in missionary work! Saturday we went to one of E.
Fergus's Recent Converts wedding! It was really good and a lot of fun!
They've been doing so good at keeping the law of Chastity! They would be
together during the day and then at night Bro Hutchens would go to his
Moms and stay the
night there! It's great to see the blessings that come from Sacrifice!
This week we'll be meeting
with Elder Oaks on Saturday! I'm super excited about that! It'll be the
first Apostle on my mission! And I always love making the trip to
Atlanta! It's a really cool place! Ha! Well I hope everything is going
well with ya'll! I love and miss ya!
