Mom,
Things are good! The area is great! We are working a lot with a
member who is leaving on his mission in January to the Chile, Santiago
North mission. His name is Phil Henderson. He's a really cool kid,
everyone says that we're exactly alike.
E. Famas is a cool kid! We're
working with members a lot to try and find people to teach since that's
been the trend to find people in this ward. I love the new area! The
people and the Members here are awesome! As of now, we have one guy on
date for Dec. 31. His name is Dave Dyer. He's been taught everything and
has been investigating for 5 years. We're just trying to sort out when
he'll be baptized now. He says that he's ready! We're also teaching a
girl named Amber. She's been taught everything as well.. Just waiting on
an answer of the Book of Mormon. We're going to go over there this week
and go through the interview questions to see where she's at and
hopefully be able to set a date with her! We're really focused on
finding new investigators right now through the members. So that's about
it for what's going on with the Allatoona ward so far.
Hey if any Torgorson's add me on facebook, add them! They're a
really cool family that does a lot for us! They like to add the
missionaries and see how they are doing during and after their
missions.You can update my friends with my status's as well on there,
kinda like what's going on with my blog, maybe just put some details
instead of the whole letter. Also if Phil Henderson adds me, add him
too!
All is well! I'm excited for Christmas! A little homesick, but
that'll can be fixed! Hope ya'll enjoy the Holidays! Remember the true
reason of this season is to be Christlike! I love you!
