Things are going good! We had Ryan and Amber both come to church yesterday! And we've had a lot of success lately with Less Active families on our Ward Mission plan! We have a team up everyday this week so the ward is getting really involved in the work and that always makes it easier on us! Ryan is progressing well.. We had a lesson with him on Friday with a Brother George. It was probably one of the best lessons with a member present I've been involved with. So we'll be calling on him a lot more. That and him and Ryan were able to hit it off well because they're both studying right now to be paramedics so it literally was the perfect team up!
So yesterday was Phil's farewell and he promised me that he would give
me a shout out in his talk, so before he started talking he threw up a
peace sign, and said, "I promised Elder Boman I'd give him a shout out
so here it is!" Ha! It was funny! And later at his open house, we were
leaving and somehow we locked our keys in the trunk of our car.. So we
spent an hour and a half trying to open our car. Elder MacDonald
finally got the hanger far enough down inside the car that he was able
to pull up on the trunk popper majig thing and we finally got into the
car! It was a good time.. Especially because it was the 2nd time this
had happened in a week.. Haha!
All is going well! We're working hard and looking for more people to teach and doing our best to bring people closer to Christ!
I love you!
ELDER BOMAN
